It's a strange weather day here in the north of Scotland. There's a surprise! We awoke to snow, but more on the hills than down in the village. Nevertheless, I am seeing a lot of robins and blackbirds and other little feathered friends nipping to and fro in the trees, searching for bits untouched by the snow. Most of the day has been on and off snow showers, with sun in between! I go to work in the late afternoon today, and I have changed my mind at least three times as to what I should wear. And they tell us to expect some major snow tomorrow. Well, I'll believe it when I see it. Frequently, the weather forecasters here are way off. Anyway... everyone is complaining about the snow, but I think it's a nice change. I would love to see snow for Christmas...

Go for it Stacey! I bet you could come up with 100 random facts. Your dancing, playing clarinet, where you have lived is a start.
Good Saturday morning and greetings from Finland!
We have now over 10 centimeters smooth, glimmering snow and this evening we will get more and guess what, everybody is happy :) When people meet each other, they are saying, wonderful, children take their sledges and all of us can ski, I will take my kicksledge and enjoy.
But we have lived in these conditions always, that`s our normal life.
Happy weekend to you!
